The University of Houston Clear Lake Pearland’s 75,000 square foot health sciences classroom building is a multi-story academic building designed to be versatile in use, aesthetically appealing, and energy efficient. The facility houses the Center for Autism and Development Disabilities (CADD) and the License Professional Counselors Program (LPCP). The facility includes a new student services department, 100-seat tiered lecture hall, multiple flex-space classrooms, a student lounge and gathering area, biology and chemistry labs, a nursing services and healthcare teaching laboratory, and administrative offices.
