The Tampa International Airport selected Austin Commercial to build the consolidated rental car center (ConRAC) and automated people mover system (APM). Key team members included Gresham Smith & Partners, Demattei Wong, Lea + Elliott, URS and Beck.

The 2,300,000-square-foot project included 4,400 ready/return spaces, a multi-level QTA, three APM stations and a 1.4-mile guideway. It opened to the public February 2018.
