The State Farm Dallas HUB is a 2,100,000-square-foot, four-tower corporate office. Austin Commercial was chosen by KDC Development to build the mixed-use campus. The towers include a class A corporate office on top of structured parking; three separate seven-level, above-grade parking structures to hold 9,200 cars; two plazas; international roadways; and street parking.

The first floors of the office towers include embedded retail space. Austin Commercial was also awarded the three-story CityLine medical office building. The State Farm project is pending LEED silver.
