Phases I and II of this North Texas Municipal Water District Water Recovery Plant are slated to open in 2023 and serve more than 700,000 people in the rapidly growing northern Metroplex. This facility will disinfect all water before it returns to Sister Grove Creek. Austin’s scope of work includes excavation, structural concrete, process equipment and piping, and metals.
