Phases I and II of this North Texas Municipal Water District Water Recovery Plant are slated to open in 2023 and serve more than 700,000 people in the rapidly growing northern Metroplex. This facility will measure the flow of water as it returns to Sister Grove Creek. This package includes excavation, structural concrete, FRP Parshall flume, and outfall piping.
