Phases I and II of this North Texas Municipal Water District Water Recovery Plant are slated to open in 2023 and serve more than 700,000 people in the rapidly growing northern Metroplex. Our scope includes excavation, structural concrete, process equipment and piping, masonry, roofing, doors and windows, and HVAC.
