Austin Commercial served as our client's waffle slab specialist for a confidential semiconductor facility in the Eastern US. The elevated waffle deck is four feet in thickness with 3'x2" x 3'x2" slab penetrations with continuous Unistrut embeds in the bottom surface of the slab to serve as support for future equipment. The elevated slab is supported by structural concrete columns. The project was completed in only nine weeks.
