The South End Zone Addition is a new 382,422-square-foot south end zone complex that creates a full bowl, increasing seating capacity to 83,198, and an expanded concourse featuring additional restrooms, concessions and other amenities. The existing lower concourse receives a renovation and a new addition that includes a new locker room, strength and conditioning room, nutritional center, meeting rooms, a 26,600-square-foot weight room that includes a 70-yard turfed speed and agility training area, equipment room, team areas and coaches’ offices. Departmental offices are relocated from the north end zone to the third floor of the south end zone complex. A new upper concourse provides new seating options, including 22 suites, 66 open-air loge boxes, 1,800 club seats and two new clubs. Unique to the project are two, 3,000-square-foot, open-air plazas with direct views of the field that also allow extra seating to be brought in during games of particularly high demand.
