One Legacy West is a 334,015 square foot, 14-story office tower with a six-level parking garage. The project was built on 11 acres adjacent to the new Toyota North American Headquarters, an Austin Commercial project.

The Class AA high-rise is surrounded on three sides by a large reflecting pool. Tenants and visitors can enter the tower through the 30-foot-tall white marble clad lobby or from the parking garage on the east side of the tower. The 1,089-space parking garage passes over a wide bridge with seating areas and two outdoor fireplaces. An amenity deck is located on the second floor of the tower, which is where the fitness center is located.
