The consolidated rental car center (ConRAC) at Nashville International Airport will be comprised of a three-level, 900,000-square-foot parking garage with a metal canopy roof. Attached will be a 125,000-square-foot, pre-cast structure that will house the QTA facility. The 20-lane area will include a fueling station, vacuum area and a window washing area. A covered entry plaza on the first level will provide access to the terminal. The design of the facility includes many environmentally sustainable features including the use of recycled water for washing rental cars and a lighting management system.
