HALL Park 17 includes a 318,230 square foot, 12-story Class A office building and a 443,400 square foot, six-level parking garage including 1,392 spaces. The LEED Silver project features an outdoor lawn with a putting green and kitchen. This is the 17th building in the 162-acre HALL Park, 16 of which have been built by Austin Commercial.
