This core and shell Class AA office tower is situated on a 2.5-acre site in the congested residential and business district in Dallas’s Preston Center. The project is an 8-story office tower with 200,000 square feet of office space and a 200,000-square-foot parking garage. The new oil and gas headquarters features 4-level below grade parking. Due to the density of the surrounding Preston Center development, Austin Commercial’s project team had to coordinate swing radius of the two luffer cranes as the Chief Oil building is flanked by three office buildings and a school/church.
