DALLAS - Austin Bridge & Road is pleased to announce it has secured the largest single-value contract in company history. In a July Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) letting, the company was awarded the planned reconstruction and upgrades for the Interstate 635 and U.S. Highway 80 interchange in Mesquite, TX, east of downtown Dallas.
“This potential award is a major milestone for us,” said Bill Heathcott, Senior Vice President. “It’s a chance to further solidify our position as a leader in Texas heavy civil work, grow our employee-owner count, and keep us on track for our goals in 2024 and beyond.”
The company extends itsthanks to the estimating, scheduling, and operations teams, as well as Austin's executive sponsors for their dedication and hard work in making this win possible.
