UCLA Medical Center CT & Angiography Installation

The CT and Angiography installation at UCLA Medical Center included the renovation of a vivarium wing to include interconnected scanner rooms, control rooms, scrub alcove, equipment room, medical gas, storage closet, extensive audio-visual installation, a small conference room, MRI and radiation shielding.  Work included the demolition of an existing MRI suite for the conversion to a CT scan room. Work was performed during the hospital’s operational hours and complied with all California OSHPD regulations.
