Sacramento International Airport Terminal B

The Terminal B work consisted of demolition and renovation of 100,000 square feet and new construction of 433,000 square feet with multiple enabling projects in accordance with a phased schedule. Additional scope included APM station, check-in counters, in-line baggage handling system, security checkpoints, complex mechanical and electrical systems, communication/wayfinding pedestrian bridges with associated roadway and bridges. The project achieved LEED Silver certification and implemented lean construction processes, building information modeling (BIM) and proven project management work processes.
