Lone Star Park, a state-of-the-art horse racing facility located on 315 acres in Grand Prairie, Texas. The project included construction of the grandstand, paddock, barns, backstretch facilities, racetrack and a simulcast facility.
The seven-story grandstand can accommodate up to 40,000 spectators and includes 9,000 air-conditioned seats and 24 private luxury boxes.
The Post Office Pavilion offers wagering on live racing via simulcast from racetracks across the country. The pavilion, with a total capacity of 1,500, features a Las Vegas-style race book with wagering windows and more than 175 television monitors, a sports bar, and a restaurant.
